We make use of qualified teaching staff who are SACE registered. Teachers assistants fill a supportive role to the teacher.

THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR TEACHER:

1. Teaches 1 or more grades/levels using appropriate and innovative teaching strategies.
2. Creates an environment of learning.
3. Works with the learner towards their academic goal.
4. Undertakes activities to improve performance indicators.
5. Supervises curricular and co-curricular projects and activities.
6. Maintains updated learners’ school records.
7. Counsels and guides learners.
8. Supports activities of governmental and non-governmental organizations.
9. Maintains the daily routine (classroom cleanliness, classroom management, overall physical classroom atmosphere.)
10. Maintains a harmonious relationship with fellow teachers and other centre personnel as well as with parents and other stakeholders.

THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR TEACHERS ASSISTANT:

1. Reinforces the work provided by the teacher using appropriate and innovative teaching strategies.
2. Enforces school and class rules to help teach students proper behaviour.
3. Helps the teacher with record keeping, such as tracking attendance.
4. Undertakes activities to improve performance indicators.
5. Supervises students in class, between class and during lunch and recess and on field trips.
6. Counsels and guides learners.
7. Supports activities of governmental and non-governmental organizations.
8. Maintains the daily routine (classroom cleanliness, classroom management, overall physical classroom atmosphere.)
9. Maintains a harmonious relationship with fellow teachers and other centre personnel as well as with parents and other stakeholders.
